The Texas Roughnecks, who bill themselves as the largest scenario paintball team in Texas (the state where they like things BIG) has recently announced that they are participating in the Wounded Warrior Project charity.
The charity supports returning wounded veterans and can be reached right from the Roughneck’s home page – HERE
The team was founded in 2004 by assembling several smaller scenario teams; they’ve been attending approximately ten games per year ever since, recently being seen at Oklahoma D-Day.
This is the kind of thing that earns a team a membership in the Paintball Family
- giving back for a worthy cause.

By all initial impressions the Roughnecks will leave their mark; they’ve got a huge crew of dedicated players and seem to be making all the right moves – coverage in the mags, a Youtube channel featuring their on-field exploits and a pretty darned cool logo.
68Caliber applauds their efforts, wishes them the best of luck and encourages everyone to get behind them!
